To provide you with equitable delivery charges we added the, "Shipping by Subtotal Method" to our shopping cart system, in order to give you the best rates possible.
Delivery will be calculated based on the total amount of your order shipped. You will not be billed extra for back-ordered items etc. Delivery costs will be added to the total price confirmed to you by our shopping cart system.

Coupons and Discounts:
At this time our shopping cart is unable to accept coupons or discounts. Pleas call our customer service number (800-888-4718 in the US) or (310-826-7171 International ) to use your coupon or discount. Please note discount coupons cannot be used for sale or clearence items.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept checks and money orders by mail.
Billing and Shipping Protection:
For your protection, and to thwart credit card fraud, we will only process orders when shipping and credit card addresses match on first time orders. Once you are an established customer you may have you order shipped to a different address.

Your order will be handled securely and confidentially.
Turnaround Time:
We make every attempt to process your order as quickly as possible and ship within 72 hours if products are in stock. (Sometimes due to overwhelming demand we ask that you allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive.)
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original condition (unworn/unwashed), to our office for an EXCHANGE or REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS USA or 45 DAYS INTERNATIONAL from the date of invoice. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Sorry, due to health codes there are no returns on thongs or underwear.
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and packages must be Insured, Registered, or Certified. If we do not receive the return we cannot issue the refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Exchanges for different styles incur the regular shipping charges. Exchanges for different sizes of the same garment are free. Sorry, due to health codes there are no returns on thongs or underwear.
